Shipping Within India

Order Processing

  • Orders are packed on the next working day after confirmation.
  • Dispatch follows the next working day.
  • Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or during sales/promotions may experience slight delays.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Typically delivered within 1–14 days, depending on your location and distance from Surat.
  • Actual delivery may vary due to courier schedules, regional factors, or unexpected disruptions.

Free Shipping Offer

  • Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹999 (within India only).

Dispute Resolution Timelines

  • Non-receipt claims must be reported within 7 days from the delivery date shown in tracking.
  • “Delivered but not received” claims must be reported within 3 days of the delivery status.
    • We cannot assist with claims made beyond these timelines.

International Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 2–4 weeks, depending on your country, customs processing, and location relative to Mumbai.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight.
  • Charges begin from 1 kg, increasing per additional kilogram.
  • For cost efficiency, we recommend consolidating orders to make the most of each shipment.

Customs & Import Duties

  • Customs rules vary by country.
  • The customer is responsible for coordinating with local customs and bearing any import duties or taxes levied.

Important Delivery Guidelines

Damaged Parcels

  • Do not accept visibly damaged parcels.
  • If you do accept it, note the damage clearly on the delivery slip before signing.

Unboxing Video – Mandatory

To raise a claim for any of the following, a complete unboxing video is required:

  • Damaged products
  • Missing items
  • Tampered packaging

The video must start before opening the package and clearly show the full unboxing process.
Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be eligible for investigation, replacement, or refund.
