Order Policy

Order Cancellation

  • Cancellations are not permitted once an order is placed.

  • If you wish to make changes, modifications may be allowed before 8:00 AM on the next working day following your order.

Order Modifications

  • You may request changes to quantity, color, or product of equivalent value before 8:00 AM on the next working day.

  • Modifications are only possible if the order has not yet been packed or dispatched.

  • The revised order value must be equal to or greater than the original value.

  • If the revised value is lower, the difference will be issued as store credit for future purchases.

Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed and packed starting at 8:00 AM on the next working day after the order is placed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will enter the queue on the next working day.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Domestic (India): 2 to 14 days (depending on your location relative to Mumbai)

  • International: 2 to 4 weeks

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for verifying all order details—including product types, quantities, and shipping information—before confirming the order.

Return & Refund Policy

Knitting, Crochet & Craft Supplies

  • All yarns, threads and related accessories are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
Return Conditions:
  • Products must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable courier service and retaining the proof of postage.

  • Refunds will not be issued if:

    • The product shows signs of use

    • It is damaged or incomplete due to reasons not caused by us

    • The return request is initiated after 7 days from delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your package is damaged or you receive the wrong product:

  1. Refuse delivery if the package appears tampered with or damaged.

  2. Immediately send clear photos of the damaged package to +91 99243 01798 via WhatsApp.

  3. A complete, unedited unpacking video is required for any refund or replacement request.

    • The video must show the full unboxing process from the moment the seal is broken, without any edits, cuts, or filters.

Return requests without proper unboxing video proof will not be accepted.

This helps us verify issues and file insurance claims with courier partners.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 2 to 4 working days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Return to Origin (RTO) Cases

If your package is returned to us (RTO) due to any of the following reasons, a refund will not be issued. Reshipping will only be done once two-way shipping costs are paid:

  • Incorrect shipping address

  • Invalid or unreachable phone number

  • Recipient unavailable or not contactable

  • Recipient refusal

  • OTP-verified cancellations

  • Automated IVR calls not answered
